All-in-one Working Design: Realizes automatic corn picking, clean husking and straw chopping & returning to field. Meets the full-process harvesting needs of small and medium-sized corn farms with one machine.
Professional Harvesting Structure: Equipped with horizontal snapping header and double high-precision snapping plates to reduce ear falling loss. Four flexible rubber rollers ensure efficient and damage-free husking.
Excellent Terrain Trafficability: Overall size 3330×920×1260mm, net weight 710kg, with 200mm ultra-high ground clearance. It operates stably on dry, muddy, rugged and uneven farmland.
Adjustable Working Speed: Configured with (3+1)×2 mechanical gearbox with multiple speed modes. The working speed is adjustable from 1.5-2km/h, adapting to different corn growth states and terrain conditions.
Stable Chassis System: 2-wheel drive design with front drum brake system and 4.00-8 anti-slip tires. Flexible steering, stable driving and high operation safety in complex fields.
Eco-friendly Farming Function: Front-mounted drum-type straw chopping mechanism with 330mm working width crushes straw evenly and returns it to the field, improving soil fertility and realizing green circular farming.
