850 Maize Sheller - Corn Thresher with Corn Peeling for Small Farms & Livestock

Our #850 maize sheller is a multi-use machine for smallholder farms, livestock operations and households worldwide. It combines corn peeling and threshing in one device. It separates corn kernels from cobs quickly without damaging the cobs. You can use every part of your harvest fully.

This corn thresher has a cleaning rate of ≥97% and a breakage rate of ≤2%. It works fast and keeps grain quality high, so you waste less. It processes unpeeled corn at 4000-5000 kg/h. It can also peel and thresh corn at 2-3 t/h. It replaces tiring manual work and makes harvesting easier.

You can choose three power options for this corn sheller. Use a 12-15hp diesel engine for fields without electricity. Use a 7.5KW electric motor for indoor use or areas with stable power. You can also connect it to a tractor with a belt drive or PTO shaft for large-scale work.

This maize thresher weighs only 130 kg. Its dimensions are 1100x700x750 mm. It is easy to carry between fields and store when not in use. It has a strong structure that handles tough farm conditions.
