Our 6 Barrels Cow Milker Machine adopts a 6-cluster vacuum-pulsation system, powered by a switchable 1.5-2.2kW electric motor and 6.5-8HP gasoline engine. Equipped with 6 sets of food-grade 25L 304 stainless steel buckets (leak-proof and easy to clean) and an integrated auto-clean function, it enables convenient and thorough sanitization. The machine supports concurrent milking of 6 cows, sheep, camels or donkeys by simulating natural sucking rhythms—after activating the power to build stable vacuum pressure, attach species-specific cup sets, and milk will flow into dedicated buckets with full-bucket alerts. Ideal for medium to large farms, off-grid areas, mobile milking services and organic farms, it ensures stable, hygienic and efficient operation. For large-scale needs, it can be customized to 8/10/12/16/20 bucket configurations, with upgraded 2.2-4.0kW motor + 8-12HP engine and optimized auto-clean coverage for extended pipelines.
The 6-bucket model achieves a throughput of 30-40 cows/hour, 40-50 sheep/hour, 20-30 camels/hour or 25-35 donkeys/hour. Custom models see proportional efficiency growth: 8 buckets handle 50-60 cows/30-40 camels/hour; 12 buckets process 80-100 cows/50-60 camels/hour; 20 buckets manage 120-150 cows/80-100 camels/hour (varies slightly by breed and yield). The auto-clean function (5-8 minutes per cycle) greatly reduces manual workload, maintaining consistent hygiene standards without affecting overall efficiency.
The vacuum system offers adjustable 0.04-0.05MPa pressure (400-500L/min pump for standard models; 600-1200L/min large-flow pump for custom models with independent shunt regulation to avoid interference). Pulsation frequency is 60-80 times/min (60/40 suction-release ratio) for cows/sheep, and adjustable to 40-50 times/min for camels/donkeys to reduce stress. Each cluster has independent pressure regulation for optimal adaptability.
In terms of milking clusters, the standard model includes 6 sets of quick-connect silicone cups tailored to different livestock: 25mm cups for dairy cows, 20mm for dairy sheep, 30mm widened cups for dairy camels, and 22mm special cups for dairy donkeys. Custom models are equipped with 8/10/12/16/20 sets of clusters synchronously, and multi-species universal models can be mixed and matched on demand. All clusters are compatible with the auto-clean function, ensuring no residual milk or bacteria buildup in hard-to-reach areas.
